Dumonde Tech has been producing motorsports racing oils since the early 1990’s. Our premise was always been to “think out side of the box” (not a cliche!) in the development of new lubricants and oils.Our focus is lubrication.
You won’t find solvents, brake fluid, brake cleaners, brushes, cleaning kits, wipes, rags etc… in our product lines to spend time and money on. Our mission is producing the best lubricants to have on the shelf, not shelf space.

the technology
Dumonde Tech Pro X line of bicycle lubricants were developed using our newly applied MRCC technology for the huge international market where shipping via air freight and air mail has restrictions. Because of the combustibility of our Standard line of bicycle lubricants, they cannot be shipped via air mail and air freight. For a period of time, like many other products, we could only sell Pro X in California due to very strict regulations. In 2016 they changed some of these restrictions but we still have our fans of this newest great bicycle lubricant.
Our Micro Resistant Complex Compounds (MRCC) continues development after 10 years. Originally developed for our motorsports oils, MRCC technology creates a lighter viscosity while maintaining high protection, reducing friction and increase in adhesion creating much higher film strength then common, traditional technology. Dumonde Tech oils migrate for complete wetting of the surfaces. Our formulation is a “liquid plastic” through polymerization forms a long-lasting plating on all surfaces. Does not build up. Does not become sticky or gooey.
Pro X has a <3% VOC meaning it is acceptable to ship via air around the world.
Our Standard line has been called the best lubricant on the market. Pro X meets or exceeds the performance of our Standard leaving us with two of the best performing products in the bicycle world.
regular chain lube
PRO X REGULAR is the heavier version to our PRO X LITE chain lubricant. PRO X REGULAR is ideal for Mountain Bike, Cyclocross and all extreme condition, while maintaining a clean drive train.
PRO X REGULAR can be used on all cables, pivots points and seals. Safe on plastic, rubber and all seal materials. The product is designed to not harm your components. Our products are engineered to perform with minimal “carbon footprint” by not washing off in water, to use sparingly, lasts longer between applications, your drive train lasts longer.

lite chain lube
PRO X LITE is the lighter version to our PRO X REGULAR chain lubricant. PRO X LITE is ideal for road bike, wet or dry, and extreme dry off road trail conditions.
Like our Regular chain lube, cyclist who tested or raced using PRO X Lite, report it to performed better then any other lube they have ever used. Even those riders that use our Standard Lite and Original chain lubes. A bold statement even for us to claim, but comes from years of technology, formulation and testing.

liquid grease
PRO X Liquid Grease is highly recommended for steel and ceramic cartridge bearing. Waterproof, which protects bearings from corrosion. Hybrid (Ceramic balls, steel races) bearings are prone to corrosion and wear without a lubricant.
Great for suspension fork legs, full suspension pivots, wheel bearings, roller bearing and jockey wheels.

Dumonde Tech is the first and only lubricant company in the bicycle industry to specifically design a lubricant for Pawl style freehubs which require a lightweight lubricant. PRO X Freehub Oil using our MRCC Micro Resistant Complex Compounds and is an improved new technology of our original freehub oil.

freehub grease
PRO X Freehub Grease, using our MRCC Micro Resistant Complex Compounds, is specifically designed for all freehubs that require a very light weight grease. Non-pawl freehubs recommend a grease to stay in the mechanisms moving parts. Oils generally are to thin and will move away from moving parts leaving them exposed to wear and malfunction due to lack of lubrication.

(MR) Micro Resistance Polymer Technology – is the ultimate in protection & performance for cup and cone bearings, cartridge bearings, head set bearings, suspension forks & shocks. With several compound used in aerospace, Pro X formula is lighter viscosity while maintaining higher protection then other greases. Pro X MR Grease has less than 3% VOC’s.
